Lagos

Orders will be dispatched within one (1) working day if placed before 12 pm Mon-Friday (except public holidays) for Lagos only. A timeline of 2 – 3 working days shall for orders placed after 12 pm.

Major Cities

Orders from major cities like Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan and Abeokuta attract a low-cost, reliable delivery service for parcels weighing up to 2 kg and timeline of 3 – 5 working days.

Other Cities

Orders from other parts of the country with parcels weighing up to 2 kg have delivery timeline of 4 – 7 working days.

Returns

Every delivery comes with a returns note. You need this document to make a return and you will need to fill in the relevant information.

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for underwear and swimwear.

Once you receive your goods you have 7 days to notify us that you wish to cancel your order and request a refund. Once you have notified us then you have additional 3 days to return the product to us in its original packaging.

Once we have received your returned product then we will give a full refund (including standard delivery charge) to the payment method that was used when the order was placed.

You are responsible for bearing the cost of returning the product.
